At our most recent Ofsted inspection, Greenhill was described as a “warm and welcoming” school where children are “safe and happy” and care about one another. Inspectors also recognised the high expectations we have for all our pupils and the broad and effective curriculum we provide. 

A great start at Greenhill

Our Reception children benefit from a stimulating Early Years environment, including large outdoor learning and play spaces, where they can explore, investigate and learn through purposeful activities.

Ofsted found that children at Greenhill “get off to a great start”, highlighting our well-designed Early Years curriculum, the way staff understand each child's strengths and next steps, and the opportunities children have to develop their language and vocabulary. 

Alongside a creative and inspiring curriculum, children at Greenhill enjoy a wide range of extra-curricular opportunities, educational visits and experiences that help bring learning to life. We are proud of our close-knit, friendly and supportive school community, where every child is encouraged to develop confidence, resilience and a love of learning. Ofsted also recognised the wide range of opportunities available for pupils to develop their character and confidence.

Saturday 10th October — 10:00am to 12:00pm
Thursday 15th October — 5:00pm to 6:30pm

You'll have the opportunity to look around our school and Early Years environment, meet members of our team and find out more about life at Greenhill. There will also be plenty of opportunity to ask any questions you may have about starting school.
